- Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service charge
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
- If we need to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours notice
